Free collection and delivery

If you buy home accessories or furniture online, we offer FREE collection from either our Petworth boutique or Hambledon showroom.

We will deliver FREE any order of above £200 within 25 miles of Petworth, West Sussex, and Hambledon, Surrey.

For orders with a value of more than £1,000, we will also deliver free to mainland UK customers.

Home accessories

Standard charges apply for most of our home accessories, other than our very large and heavy lamps.

Furniture

UK Mainland & Isle of Wight (excluding Northern Ireland)

For all large furniture and bulky/heavy accessories orders up to £1,000, delivery outside our Hambledon/Petworth radius is £150. Delivery is within 21 days. For orders with estimated delivery times, we’ll either ship them as soon as they arrive or contact you to arrange delivery.

For orders over £1,000, we offer FREE delivery.

We can also arrange shipping to Northern Ireland, offshore, or internationally, so please call us a for quote on 01798 903292.

Please check your confirmation email for shipping timeline estimates. Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed to ship.

Please note international orders can be subject to duties and fees imposed by local tax authorities that we are unable to calculate at checkout.Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. Orders placed on bank holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm are processed the next working day.

We can only ship to physical addresses. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Don't forget to include a mobile phone number so the recipient can be contacted by the courier company. Unfortunately we cannot be liable for any postal or customs delays.
